- Description: I have a side by side. The refrigerator side is not cooling properly. Freezer seems to be working but not 100%, ice feels a little like it’s melting some. It is so heavy I can’t move it to clean behind it. I do hear fans/motor, whatever it’s called, coming on. I just started noticing this yesterday.
